- Uses:

1. Marinate fish with 1 pack of CONAMO seasoning for about 20-30 minutes, add minced chili (optional).
2. Stir-fry the minced garlic until the fish comes back so that the flesh is firm.
3. Add water to cover the fish (about 2 cups) After the water boils, turn down the heat. Cook for about 35 to 40 minutes, until the fish has a strong taste and the sauce thickens.
